Very impressed with image care of Jefferson. I went for an MRI of the lumbar spine and was literally out in 15 minutes from start to finish. I’ve had MRI ‘s of the spine before and this was by far the fastest and most comfortable. Everyone was pleasant … it truly was a great experience. Highly recommend!!!
Staff was great. I didn’t remember my prescription so Tina helped me get it through my email and then sent to her. Both techs were great and made me feel very comfortable.

Everyone at the Jefferson office was warm and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even called me to let me know they were running a few minutes behind so that I could leave a little later for my appointment. The doctor and technicians were all so kind and knowledgeable as well. I’m terrified of needles and they walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable multiple times. They have great bedside manner! Would highly recommend!
Excellent facility - Rich and Dawn were excellent. I had an MRI at this location and they were amazing as well as the front desk staff. What is usually a scary experience was transformed into a much better situation, they both explained everything about the test, they were nice, attentive, and very considerate. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable at all times, she made this process less scary, and she just understand how vulnerable you can feel and tries to make you feel better! while Rich was super super caring, he respects your privacy, and he has a very calm and friendly way to address you. I wanted to write this review to highlight not only the facility, that was clean and modern, but to make sure that customers and managers know the quality of staff that they have! Thank you Dawn and Rich and I wont hesitate to use the facility for any future services.
