  This is a small place but the owner, Marina, fills it with love and incredible energy. It’s especially awesome to have this studio in my hometown. I felt immediately embraced and accepted into this warm and inviting space from the moment I first walked in. Speaking of warm, some heated studios are distractingly hot, but somehow this studio has it nailed to an exact science. I find myself lingering after one of Marina’s amazing flow level classes, just basking in the amazing vibes. Om Shanti ✌🏼 💗 🧘‍♀️

  Such an amazing space to practice! All the teachers are so inviting and welcoming. The owner, Marina, is such a sweetheart and make sure everyone that walks in feels comfortable. This. studio is definitely my favorite in the area. I’ve even moved out of town and still will travel back to go to classes here.

  A warm and inviting space that truly embraces what it means to create and be a part of a community; they have a great team of yogis with varying focus areas. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll feel right at home. I would highly recommend visiting the studio and trying it for yourself!
