  Granite Barbell has been the BEST gym I have been too. I have seen Incredible changes in all aspect of myself. They provide a safe and comfortable workout environment.

  Great place. Whether you are beginning your fitness journey or you are a high level lifter or athlete this is the place for you. They have everything you could ask for and more. Great friendly environment where everyone knows each other and you can be completely comfortable knowing everyone wants to see you succeed

  The Granite Barbell has been changing my body, and as a result, my life as well. People who go there are there for many different reasons. Some to loose weight, some to get stronger and slow down the effects of aging and some to prepare for competitions that they have coming up. Once I started I realized how much it means to me to be there on regular basis and what it is doing for me. I not only get a gym but also a trainer who has been doing it for years and knows what they are doing and what is best for me. Brett Katie and Rob are really great people and make me feel welcome. I could go on and on about the unique methods I have learned about, but more importantly is the fact that these guys are competitors and make it thier business to help those there to achieve their goals, not just people who have received limited training to become trainers themselves. This is the real deal......

  Been working out here since 2016 and I have learned SO much from Brett. Very casual place to workout in and work at. No one pushes the sport of strongman on you, but there’s tons of equipment to give some of the events a try if you want. Definitely better than the chain gyms in the area. Granite Barbell has so much more to offer like personalized training programs, help with rehab and recovery, or even just someone to chat with in between sets. You’ll never find me training anywhere else!

  Granite Barbell is one of the BEST communities Orange County/Hudson Valley has to offer. When I first stepped in the gym I was welcomed immediately despite being nervous my first time. I quickly realized the owner loves to create long term bonds that will undeniably last a lifetime. My strength’s gone up significantly overtime due to his coaching methods. It has now been two years since I started competing in Strongman. I would not change that for the world. This gym helped me to unlock my true potential. I made so many friends that I now consider family. If you do not come to this gym, I can confidently say you are missing out. If you want laughs, good times, and heavy weights, this is 100% your gym. I cannot thank Granite Barbell enough for changing my life.
