  I am 66 years old and was looking to get healthier and stronger. I heard good things about Ben and HURT Performance. After meeting with Ben I decided to join. I could not be happier with my decision. Ben is an expert trainer, great motivational coach and has become a personal mentor. I would advise any older person looking to improve physically AND mentally to have a discussion with Ben at HURT Performance. You can’t go wrong!

  Our family’s favorite place for a fun and effective work out. Both of my children have been participating in the Kids Course program that HURT offers for at least the past four years, and my husband works with Coach Ben twice a week on a personalized and targeted fitness routine. All three of them love being at HURT. Coach Ben is not only an expert at fitness and strength training, but in helping the kids build confidence as well as their muscles. He has been awesome for my husband to work with on his fitness goals, because Ben took his military background and several other factors in to account in order to create the perfect work outs for my husband. So thankful that HURT is nearby, but even if we had to travel to get there, we would!

  I came to HURT Performance and Ben last year because I was having trouble with the other exercise program I was using. I sat with Ben and had a conversation about my issues and started working out a few days later. Months later I am very happy with the work Ben has me doing. I am stronger and have less pain.
  The atmosphere at HURT is fun and Ben always challenges you to do your best. Best trainer by far.

  I have been apart of this gym for about 8 years. There is nothing that can compare to this family. Not only is this a gym, but it’s a place to build yourself mentally and physically. Ben is an amazing trainer who is always expanding his knowledge about fitness. He can help with strengthening, nutrition and rehabilitation techniques. I highly recommend this gym for all ages and levels. He adapts to each person and their individual level of performance.

  Hurt Performance Inc. is an excellent place to get yourself back into shape. The owner takes great pride in customizing a program specific to each individual’s needs.
  As a personal trainer Ben is second to no one. He is the best in this business.
  Ben’s expertise in weight training as well as nutritional advice has helped me tremendously.
  Although the initial phases of these workouts can be exhausting, as momentum builds, so does your confidence. He gets the most out of every client. Ask Ben about the Account-A-Coach program?
