(June 5, 2023, 10:58 am)Really really good. They have to fix the tee shot landing area of the 7th hole though. The whole left side of the landing area in front of the carry area needs to be filled in so it's level. They did this at a county course near me. I hit 7 iron and it landed on the right side of the fairway. Every ball rolls down into this collection area on the left side regardless of where you land your ball. Tons of divots. It's a bit of a mess.

(July 15, 2018, 8:18 am)One of the best, and one of the most challenging courses in Westchester/NYC Metro region. I’ve played this course a couple of times and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The rough on the course is as tough as any championship course out there—it’s a hilly and narrow course, and the greens give you another run for your money.
Speaking of money, unless you’re a resident of Westchester county, the rates are tremendously high for a muni-course—this was the only (serious) wrinkle in my experience, but the dates do come with complimentary carts equipped with GPS. However, you can get a deal after 3p via GolfNow—or a “HotDeal” via GolfNow, also.
The overall service was on par with any public course, there is a decently stocked pro shop and a good grill with ample tables to enjoy after the round—truth be told, I haven’t had any bad experiences to report, so Hudson Hills GC gets the max stars in my book.

The fees are higher than the other country courses; if that extra money pays for the kids who try to clean my clubs when I'm done playing, it would be better spent on course maintenance. Mohansic takes better care then Hudson Hills.
