In March of 2020, just as COVID-19 was exploding in New York, we moved my 91 year old mother from her beloved cottage by the Sound to live with family in Wisconsin. We were stressed to the max and wondering how we were going to sell Mom's house from a distance in the middle of a pandemic.
Michelle was with us every step of the way, ALWAYS going above and beyond to make sure we covered all of the steps involved in preparing the house for sale and putting it on the market. She was absolutely trustworthy. At every turn she explained our options, but did not pressure us. Coach Realtors marketed the house far and wide, garnering strong interest from as far away as San Francisco. The contactless viewing process is something for the history books, and Michelle was fastidious in every respect.
In the end, we sold the house at a good price to the perfect buyers, people who will truly enjoy it and will renovate the cottage to bring its charm into the 21st century. Although we had an agreement and downpayment from the buyers in June, getting to closing took much longer than anticipated - because COVID - but Michelle communicated with us at every turn and gave stellar customer service throughout. If we could give 6 stars, we would. -
