  Many thanks to the outstanding staff at the Vistas.
  
  Becky & Andrew in the office are dedicated, professional & kind & excel at managing everything efficiently & helping us out with any issues, answering any questions & planning & arranging all the delightful community activities.
  
  Terrence & Sean in maintenance are equally professional, dedicated & kind, offering exceptional assistance promptly. They also thoughtfully & patiently answer our maintenance questions.
  
  The apartments are new, lovely & modern, the clubhouse & landscaping are beautiful & well kept & our neighbors are friendly.
  
  There is also a variety of fun activities every month & there is even a charming monthly newsletter.
  
  This may be a rental community, but the caring & dedicated staff here are so wonderful, they make it feel like home.

  This is a wonderful place to live.
  Besides being really well run and maintained, it’s extremely friendly and welcoming to new comers.
  Whether you’ve sold your house to downsize, lost a spouse and starting over, or just single looking for a safe place that loves dogs. This is the place for you!
  The clubhouse and pool are awesome with plenty of opportunities to make new friends.
  
  They’re gonna have to take me out of here in a pine box! Lol

  I have been living at the Vistas for almost 2 years. I have moved into a wonderful community. People are friendly and caring. We have a new management team which includes maintenance as well.
  They are responsive, courteous and friendly as well as trustworthy. The new manager Becky is conscientious and is eager to respond to any issues that may arise. She is polite and professional as well. The maintenance team, Joe, Sean and Terrance are competent and respond immediately to any requests. After living in my home for 47 years I was a little anxious about renting, but I couldn't have picked a better place. If you are considering renting I would suggest you contact Chalise, our vert competent sales representative.

  My wife and I have been here over a year, we really enjoy the neighborhood and all the friends we have made. The maintenance team is very prompt, professional and courteous, shout out to Joe, Sean and Terrance! The new office manager Becky is very professional and very accessible and never turns anyone away She was an amazing choice for the position. Chalese the Sales Associate is always there to lend a helping hand and is very polite and professional. I would recommend if you are looking into a 55 and over rental property this is the community for you!

  I had a pipe burst and it was handled perfectly!
  The super came right away, shut the water off and helped us sweep the water out.
  He brought back heaters and fans. They took down the wet Sheetrock and when it dried they replaced it.
  I could asked for better.
