  Very nice campgrounds ..free to stay ..no electric or water hook up but it's so serenity. Campsights are large!!

  We love coming here, such a nice place to get away. Some camping sites you can leave your car right next to which is nice. About 5 designated sites by the water and a few on other trails. Hunting is allowed in the area so if you don’t like hearing gun shots I would not recommend. The gravel road to the camp sites is a bit tough so be weary if your car is low and take it slow. No drinking water, bring your own stuff and no bathrooms so get ready to pee in the woods. Some campsites can be close together so be respectful and clean up after yourself. Great place to camp!

  Been hunting this area for almost 20 years. Recently I find more junk and waste at the trailheads. Do your part by packing out all your waste, so we can keep NYS forests clean and wild.

  We come here for 4th of July camping every year and it is always beautiful. The area is clean, the lake is beautiful and the nights are quiet.
