  We just had a great experience redoing our floors with Hale’s. The main floor of our new house was a combination of hardwood, tile, and carpet and we wanted to replace everything with new hardwood before moving in. We had previously gotten a quote from another company but felt like they weren’t really listening to what we wanted and that we were being pressured into going with a type of flooring that we didn’t really like. Howard spent a lot of time reviewing the different options with us and giving recommendations for what he thought would work best - we have 3 big dogs, so we wanted something that can take a beating - but wasn’t pushy at all. His pricing was fair and transparent, and he even suggested ways that we could lower the cost by doing some of the prep work ourselves. He went out of his way to work with our tight turnaround time so we could have the floors done before we moved in. The communication was great throughout the whole process and once work started, Howard kept us updated every day. The new floors are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with them. I’ll definitely use Hale’s for any future floor projects and would recommend them 100%.

  Flawless transaction. Had my hardwood floors resurfaced. Came out so well that people asked me if I replaced the wood on the floors. Would highly recommend Hale's to anyone looking to have flooring work done.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Howard Hale and his team from Hale's Flooring for a carpet installation in our complete upstairs. From start to finish, the experience was simply outstanding, and I cannot recommend Howard and his team highly enough.
  
  From the moment we met Howard, it was evident that his friendly and approachable demeanor set him apart from the rest. He greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making us feel instantly comfortable discussing our flooring needs. Howard's expertise and knowledge were evident as he patiently guided us through the various carpet options available, helping us find the perfect fit for our home.
  
  Scheduling the installation was a breeze thanks to Howard's exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. He made himself readily available to accommodate our busy schedule, ensuring the installation was carried out at a time that was convenient for us. He was also great at communicating by text messaging, which made it so much easier for us. The professionalism and punctuality of his team were commendable, arriving promptly and fully equipped to get the job done efficiently.
  
  One aspect that truly impressed us about Howard was his integrity. We got four quotes for this project from different local companies. Unlike some other companies, he didn't try to upsell us or push unnecessary add-ons. He genuinely cared about providing the best possible solution for our needs and budget, making honest recommendations based on our specific requirements. This level of transparency and honesty was refreshing and solidified our trust in his expertise.
  
  Throughout the entire process, Howard treated us like family. A quick example of the kind of person he is: we had left a key with him to finish the work while we were out of town and then had the misfortune of locking ourselves out of the house on our return. He drove out of his way to help us out of a late night jam by bringing the key over. He's just a great guy.
  
  Beyond this, his caring nature and genuine concern for our satisfaction were evident in every interaction. He took the time to address all our questions and concerns, ensuring we felt completely at ease. This personalized touch made us feel valued as customers and created a lasting impression of his exceptional service.

  We had a ‘5 star’ experience in working with Hale’s Floor Covering. They met the installation date commitment and communicated all long the process. The selection of carpets was extensive and the overall cost was very reasonable. We are very pleased!
