Rick, the salesman saved my project and got things going in one day and the installer Kendall couldn’t do enough to make the floors look beautiful. The attention to detail in the trim-work, and just the way the floors were installed was beyond my expectations. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you!

The installation crew was quick and did a great job. I cannot say enough about how great everyone was. Very strongly recommended.

(July 31, 2021, 3:58 pm)I've been a builder, remoder for almost 40 years. The first home I built I used Dalene's. Craig Johnson, my contact, sales person at Dalene's is FANTASTIC!! We have worked together for many years. Craig is allways on time, accurate, and goes out of the way for my clients and myself, Craig is a professional, a gentleman and has become a friend. The installation people are also pro's. The owner, Steve Dalene covered for Craig last week when he took a well deserved week of. We had a last minute change from my client. Steve tryed to get the clients color change for wall tile however it would take to long. I told Steve I could get tile color right away from another supplier. He said "that's what I should do for my client, the client allways comes first. We work and do whatever it takes to make the clients happy". That's why Dalene flooring has grown and thrives. Quality people, product, and mechanics.

(August 16, 2017, 9:22 pm)Looking forward to our next flooring project after many great experiences! Dalene has always been a 1-stop shop for our needs and they make flooring selection easy. I know their products are high quality, on trend, and long lasting. We were so pleased with the dustless sanding of our hardwood floors and their use of Bona products, that we knew where to get our carpets from! So many styles available that it was hard to decide, but we couldn't be happier with the Triexta carpet. After 4 years, we still get a ton of compliments for it's soft feel (perfect for kids) and modern look. Our last project was Daltile for the bathroom floor, Esta Villa porcelain tile. It's gorgeous and reminds me of natural travertine. We've loved all of our sales consultants (especially Anna!)-they're knowledgeable about the products and process. Can't wait to shop again for our main bathroom remodel coming up!
