Our sales person Tim was amazing and very helpful, we could have not asked for a better person to walk us through the start of journey with Lovesac. The new store in South Windsor, CT is brand new and great! Everyone there was amazing.

Both Tim and Ian were a huge help and very patient while my husband and I contemplated the best option for our family. We went back multiple times and were always greeted with smiles and welcome back how have you been. I also am grateful to Lovesac for their First Responder discount, it means a lot to us that they recognize the incredible work that our First Responders do for the communities that they serve, for that we are customers for life!
