(August 14, 2023, 3:12 pm)Jake was an excellent salesperson. I knew what I wanted and he helped me improve on my sleep sofa purchase because he asked about the size of the door! It’s an older house so I chose the one without rounded arms. Great idea! The designer was also extremely helpful with helping me select pillows and she gave me a computer generated look at what the couch and pillows would look like together! A fabulous afternoon and a great sale!!! Thank you Lazy Boy Manchester, Connecticut!

(July 7, 2023, 10:41 am)I had a great experience purchasing my latest La-Z-Boy recliner from Chelsea P. at the Manchester, CT store. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. Chelsea listened to my requirements and guided me through the process with expertise. It was clear that she knew the inventory and gave me advice on my options. I ordered the recliner on July 4th and, it was delivered on July 7th! I'm a repeat customer and plan to stay one in the future.

(May 8, 2023, 3:19 pm)We are extremely happy so far with our experience. Chelsea was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with us and our many questions. Kylie just left our home after taking many room measurements to see if our preferred layout for the sectional will work in our space. Once she does her work on the computer we will receive a detailed email letting us know, and if not, suggestions on what will. Very happy with both of these young ladies!!

(March 14, 2023, 5:13 am)The store is set up clearly so you can find what you're looking for. I was after a recliner abd gad no problem locating them in the store. A sales representative was quickly at my side to assist in the selection, which was welcomed. After trying several different models I decided on Joel, we just fit together well. The fabric I wanted was in stock and delivery dates were readily available. All in all this was a very pleasant shopping experience for me.
