  Wow - what a stay!
  Viktoria, the proprietor, and her family are about as gracious as you could possibly imagine. I was traveling alone for an event at a nearby bookstore, and was made to feel completely at home. She even made me the most spectacular Georgian cheese bread and sat with me for lunch. We chatted for over an hour! The house is stunning, rich with history and charm, and the room was well appointed with an ensuite bath. It looks like it belongs in another time period, somewhere else (Europe, perhaps - I could picture it in Ireland or Scotland!). The back side of the home looks out on Windham mountain and there are lovely, rolling hills that have been beautifully landscaped and lead to a babbling brook under a footbridge. But the most notable part was the generous hospitality. Many places claim that you will "Enter as strangers, leave as friends." I can honestly say that this place delivers on that promise. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely gorgeous location, stylish accommodations, breathtaking views.
  But the sole of the place are the owners, Irina and Vicki.
  They have managed to create a unique atmosphere, allowing for recharging both soul and body.
  They make guests feel special with their smiles, with their conversations and with great, natural food and surroundings.
  Thanks for letting us be part of this celebration of life.

  Good location; the view of the mountain from the back of the house is breathtaking; ample of space to walk around or relax on the hammock, lounge chairs, or rocking chairs outdoor, on the premise. Foods are fantastic with fresh produces from the organic garden on the hill side overlooking the house. The owner is very friendly, warm, and accommodating. Definitely will come back for more...

  I loved this place. The owner is so sweet. She is on the quieter side but is very accommodating. The property is pretty and at a good location. Less than a mile to the Windham path and only about 20 mins or less to many different things to do in the Catskills. The beds were so relaxing. Loved the bedding that was on the bed, you can seriously just melt into it. We had a TV in our room and a private bathroom. The property, house, and room were all nicely clean. There's a nice area in the back of the house to eat breakfast with a view.
  The breakfast....oh my goodness!!!! I have never been to a B&B that had such a delicious and big spread. She gets up and starts breakfast at 6 AM from scratch. She made these apple pancakes and Apple syrup that are amazing amongst many other items. She made turkey bacon, zucchini pancakes, watermelon, fresh squeezed juice, etc.
  The breakfast alone makes the price well worth it! Definitely hope to get back there before too long.

  Amazing place! Very neat and tidy property. Rooms are cozy and home-like. The owners are very assistive and generous. Complimentary breakfast is unbelievably delicious!
  Very safe and picturesque area. Great place to rest. I strongly recommend for romantic or family vacation. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE WARM RECEPTION!!!
