  Great customer service for Alpine Flooring! I needed a special glue to finish my carpet installation. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I walked in asked about this special glue and they had it. They saved the day! They also discounted because I was a contractor. I’m so glad I walked into their store on Route 23 in Windham next to the car wash. Father and son were just so nice. Thank you!

  Alpine installed vinyl flooring in our farmhouse last summer during the heart of the pandemic. TJ was awesome and his crew was hardworking, punctual, friendly and very efficient. The floor looks incredible and we would certainly work with Alpine again!

  Alpine Flooring installed engineered hardwood floors in the upstairs of our home in Windham, NY. Part of the home has radiant heat and the product that was installed was rated for radiant heat by the manufacturer, however there was a labeling/rating mistake by the manufacturer leading to the product buckling on the part of the floor heated by radiant heat.
  
  We worked with Alpine to resolve the problem, and they were awesome. We chose a replacement product and Alpine Flooring had their guys spend a week here replacing the old floor with the new one. We are most grateful for the support we received from Tim, TJ and Kevin. We would certainly recommend Alpine Flooring to anyone looking for a dependable vendor who cares about their customers.   Alpine Flooring is a great local business that we are lucky to have in the mountains. My wife and I just completed our custom home 6/2019 and we hired Alpine Flooring to do all of our floors, bathrooms and the kitchen. Tim and TJ were a huge help in footing selection from our hardwood to our bathroom showers and floors. Lena helped us refine our kitchen design and worked with us to pick materials in our budget. The end result was beautiful produces at great prices and top quality installations. I would highly recommend this company and it’s employees to anyone building a home or renovating an existing one in the Windham and Hunter mountain area (off the mtns as well).

  I bought my floor from them ( Hallmark, Novella) and had them installed by the company. After doing a lot of research I decided to buy local and from Alpine Flooring. TJ and Tim were great, helpful and patient. Just the kind of interaction you can not get online!
  The installer team were really pro, fast but careful and paid attention to details. Would absolutely recommend them!
