Francis was everything you could ask for in a relator: responsive, knowledgeable, empathetic of our needs as clients, and a great advocate. His knowledge in extensive renovations were especially helpful as we purchased a home with the need to remodel it down to the studs. Francis put our needs before his own wallet and made sure we were getting what we needed from selling agents, banks, closing and title offices, and local construction offices. I wouldn't think to purchase a home without Francis in the future.

I do not normally write reviews. However, Francis deserves this. It takes a lot to impress me. Francis helped us buy and sell a home. He did this in a time where the market was dealing with some uncertainty and with a fair amount of curve balls thrown our way (all out of his control i.e. COVID, Injuries, etc.) Francis handled it all with poise and guided us through the entire process and made it super easy. We went from "this place looks cute on Zillow" to under contract on both houses in less than 30 days.

Not only did Francis help with the purchase process, but he helped us prepare and sell our current home including leveraging his network of contractors to get some things fixed for our listing and to get work done in our new home. His network is a huge asset not to be underestimated. He communicated effectively and truly operated as a guide and advocate for us throughout the process. I never felt like I was getting sold on anything. What seemed impossible when we started looking became a reality quickly and easily thanks to Francis. HIGHLY recommended!
