  As first time sellers, my wife and I really did not know what to expect, especially in this real estate market. From the moment we reached out to Mike Brattelli, he was an incredible asset for us in the selling process and his knowledge of the market was second to none. He put us in a position to maximize our return without us ever feeling like we were overwhelmed. He took care of everything on the backend and we ultimately walked away with multiple offers and a sale considerably over asking price. The office staff was also extremely helpful, walking us through the closing documents with ease. I would recommend Mike and the team at Weichert Medford for anyone interested in selling their home, and would absolutely use him again and again in the future!

  I will always be grateful that Michael Brattelli's and my paths crossed. As guardian for my elderly mother, the task of managing the sale of our family home fell to me. I knew that preparing the house for sale and working through the legal complications of guardianship would be challenging. Michael provided spot-on guidance regarding establishing the list price and suggestions for value-added sales prep activities. Whenever I needed a service, such as roof cleaning, trash containers, and landscaping, Michael contacted a trusted resource that performed the work / provided the service in a timely, affordable, and high-quality manner. Michael went above and beyond time and time again. Every weekend for approximately three months, I would travel from Pennsylvania to New Jersey to work on the house, getting it ready for sale. And Michael would drop in each weekend to check in, and on several occasions, he stayed for several hours and helped me with prep work, such as moving furniture from upstairs to downstairs ripping up carpets. You would be hard-pressed to find a more caring and dedicated realtor. Michael’s marketing plan was professional, well thought out, and effective. The Weichert web page accentuated the positives of our home and community. The pictures were amazing. Michael (and a team of his colleagues) held an open house on the first weekend after listing our home. Fourteen families toured the home during the open house, and another 20 or so toured our home in the days surrounding the open house. We received five over asking price offers within days, and Michael helped guide me through the pros and cons of each. Once under contract, Michael continued to provide excellent advice and service – all the way through closing. Michael’s expertise and patience helped me work through some legal complications associated with selling real estate in New Jersey as a guardian. I can not emphasize enough what a truly fantastic person and realtor Michael is. I highly recommend him, and if I ever found the need to sell or purchase a home in Medford and the surrounding area, I would only consider Michael. He is that good !!!

  Buying a house in this current market is nothing short of overwhelming. We were so lucky to have Michael Brattelli lead our team from Day 1. We were so impressed and appreciative of the time he took helping us navigate this challenging market. Despite the unexpected roadblocks that can be a part of this process, he did everything he could and more to help us purchase our dream home. We are so happy! I highly recommend Mike Brattelli to anyone interested in buying or selling a property. You will be in great hands!

  Michael Brattelli did a great job guiding me through the home buying process. This was my first time buying a house and Michael was able to answer all of the many questions I asked along the way. I first met with him before I was ready to start looking at houses, and he made sure to explain how the entire process worked to me first thing. He made sure that I was buying a house that was not only perfect for me, but also made sure I was getting a great deal for my investment. I would recommend Michael for anyone, no matter where in the home buying process they are.

  Michael Brattelli was extremely professional. He sold our home and we bought our next house through him. He understands his role as an agent very well by doing everything he can for you and protecting your interests only. He will stand up for you in all aspects of the selling and buying process, it's very reassuring.
  
  If you're looking for an agent that knows how to win then look no further then Mike Brattelli. He sold our house in 4 days for over asking price and found us a great place for a great price within two weeks. He also has a list of professionals as an added value to help solve any of the moving parts associated with buying and selling a home.
  
  We highly recommend Mike to anyone that is serious about buying or selling a home. He is very reliable in that he makes himself available at all times if you have a question and is quick to respond if you ask him to do something or get an answer.
  
  Overall, we are extremely pleased with our experience with Mike and will use him again in the future if we find ourselves in the position to buy or sell again.
