  Michael Bratelli recently helped us find our new home in Medford, NJ and we had an absolutely outstanding experience throughout the entire process.
  
  We initially met Mike at an open house that we attended before we were serious about buying. He made a great impression instantly with his honesty and patience. We reached out to him when we were ready to buy and we are so thankful we did. We truly believe he is the best in the business.
  
  At our first meeting, Mike explained the upcoming home-buying process and answered our (many) questions. He was thorough and organized, making a very overwhelming process seem achievable. Mike was an excellent communicator from start to finish. We explained that we recently had a very negative experience with the team who helped us sell my late mother's house (in a different state). We were upfront about our anxiety beginning the home buying process because of our previous experience as sellers and that communication was incredibly important to us. Mike assured us that he also valued communication and that was proven consistently throughout the process. He answered our calls, texts and emails 7 days/week in a very timely manner, even when he was on vacation. It was easy for us to trust Mike and to have confidence in his guidance because of his excellent communication skills.
  
  Mike also has extensive knowledge when it comes to the inner workings of a home. He provided us with great information about the houses we looked at and was able to give us an idea of how involved a repair might be if necessary. When Mike didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he was honest and used his many resources to get us accurate information. To us, this is the true mark of a professional.
  
  We have nothing but stellar things to say about Michael Bratelli. He is a kind, hard-working person with a passion for real estate and he demonstrates how much he cares every step of the way. This is the person you want to help you find your home.

  Michael goes above and beyond for his clients. He has worked with our family for years. I would easily work with him again. He is responsive and personable, and puts the interests of his clients paramount. The consummate professional, with a keen understanding of the industry. I would strongly recommend buying or selling with him. He is great.

  We found Michael as our real estate agent based on his great online reviews. And the whole experience has just been awesome. All the great reviews are true. Michael knew exactly what we were looking for and tried very hard to find the house for us. And he did it. We just moved into this perfect house for 1 month, right before the school started. Michael not only found the perfect house for us, he also helped in every way he could to take care of the issues before closing. I really don't think I would get this house without his help. Thank you Michael.

  Mike was extremely professional. He sold our home and we bought our next house through him. He understands his role as an agent very well by doing everything he can for you and protecting your interests only. He will stand up for you in all aspects of the selling and buying process, it's very reassuring.
  
  If you're looking for an agent that knows how to win then look no further then Mike Brattelli. He sold our house in 4 days for over asking price and found us a great place for $20,000 under appraisal value within two weeks. He also has a list of professionals as an added value to help solve any of the moving parts associated with buying and selling a home.
  
  We highly recommend Mike to anyone that is serious about buying or selling a home. He is very reliable in that he makes himself available at all times if you have a question and is quick to respond if you ask him to do something or get an answer.
  
  Overall, we are extremely pleased with our experience with Mike and will use him again in the future if we find ourselves in the position to buy or sell again.
