  I can’t say enough about John and Michael. They were absolutely amazing every step of the way. Their expertise, attention to detail and the incredible care in which they handle everything made the hardest time of our lives so much easier. They are the best!

  We buried our mom and dad 15 months apart and both times the Flinch and Bruns staff were superb. From preparations through taps, each step was flawless. We opted for one 4 hour wake (4-8pm) and the brighter room (which we liked) , presentation of the casket and flowers and attentiveness of the staff were absolutely perfect.
  Highly recommend Michael, John and their staff.

  John and Anthony immediately went from funeral directors to being part of our immediate family. John's professionalism, honesty and warm bedside manners helped my mother and our entire family deal with our Dad's passing. Every step of the process was seamless and I could not ask for a better experience.
  My family is from Queens and have used the same funeral home for many years. They have always thought that the treatment they received from that home was the "set standard"; that was until I decided to give Flinch and Bruns an opportunity. They absolutely surpassed that level with our initial meeting.
  I would highly and unhesitantly recommend John and Anthony to handle your funeral arrangements should you ever need that service.

  We planned my mother’s funeral arrangements ahead of her passing with Flinch & Bruns Funeral Home. John Ferrante met with us & was warm, caring & professional. He told us what arrangements were available & let us decide with no pressure. We were able to view the caskets ourselves & informed John of our choice. Again no pressure to pick another at a higher price. We were pleased with my mother’s wake & travel to the cemetery. John & his staff were there every step of the way but in no way intrusive.
  I would highly recommend Flinch & Bruns & would have no qualms in using their services again when the need arises.

  John and Michael were a great help when my family required services late last year. It is nice to know that someone can be so compassionate and caring in such difficult times. All arrangements were carefully laid out and taken care of. It was a comfort to know that my family did not have to worry about anything. We have been using Flinch and Bruns for almost 20 years now, and they always step up to take care of us. Thanks for helping us through.
