  I lost my Uncle who ment everything to me in this funeral laid him out like a king that he was .. I truly thank the staff for dealing with me and my family in this hard time

  My 5 stars are for everyone except the young lady that was assigned as our Funeral Director (Alex). Not only was she rude, she had no compassion and I had to refrain myself on several occasions because I wanted to let her know what “customer service” was especially working in this field!!
  
  However, Ronnie stepped up and came in one night while I was viewing my grandmother (Marjory Amos) because I was beyond aggravated with the level of service received. My family and I appreciated Alex being removed from the Saturday services and they sent someone else instead. Although, I do not remember her name, it was such a pleasure having her assist us that day.
  
  So thank you everyone, for making our process as smooth as it could have been during such a hard time for my family! Thank you so much to Joe for the transportation services. We appreciate the level of customer service received and I’m devastated to hear of Ronnie’s passing. Carl C Burnett lost a great one! May he sleep in eternal peace!

  Compassionate,Caring helpful staff. They were Wonderful with me and my family during my son's arrangements. Alexis and her Father (Mr.Joe) are very very helpful they are like a family to their customers. They answer all your questions and help with whatever you don't know the services provided were great.
