    A fun place to park. Wide meadows and farmland to the east, and a gently rising forest to the west. There is a loop trail in the woods.

    Update 4/17/2022: Easter Sunday was a mix of weather. As we pulled into the parking lot, there was a brief snow squall. Our meandering was along the edge of the trail, close to the river. Flowers coming up include snowdrops and Stars of Bethlehem.

    Update 5/21/2022: What a difference a month makes. Everything is in bloom and the forest is bursting with life. Bug spray was needed: picaridin, due to the number of flies.
