(June 19, 2023, 2:36 pm)This is a great “ROI” hike. It’s short, not terribly challenging, but is definitely more than just a nature walk. The view is really incredible! A hidden gem!

(February 16, 2023, 10:47 am)First time coming here and it is a peaceful hike. I followed the alltrails app which is out in back and it took me about 15 minutes to walk one way. It is very muddy. I would recommend definitely wearing proper shoes because of all the mud that is on the trail. There is a small parking lot to park. There is also a view once you reach the rocky part. If you like views I would recommend checking this place out.

(October 22, 2022, 3:21 pm).5 mile trail to peak vista view. Slightly inclined path through a patch of wetlands and a brief rock climb to get to the view towards the end.

(July 15, 2022, 9:44 pm)Such a surprisingly good view at the end of this short hike! The walk is uphill but not crazy, and the forest is beautiful. If it has rained within the past few days, the trail does get really muddy. At the end, there is abour 40 feet of rock scramble to get to the top, where you can see out over the entire valley. Absolutely love this park!
