  Highly recommended! Three generations of my family benefit from Rachel’s skills as a massage therapist. She has helped us increase mobility and flexibility, recover from hard workouts and from injuries, and just relax and feel better.
  
  She is very knowledgeable and can deal with a range of needs, using deep tissue massage for me but employing much gentler, but still effective, techniques for my parents. She always remembers to check up on issues we have had on prior visits, like a tight hamstring or sore shoulder.
  
  Rachel has had training in kinesiology tape application. When needed, she has taped elbows, knees, and ankles for us when. She encourages us in self-care as well, for example, suggesting foam rolling.

  I cannot say enough good things about Rachel! I've been getting regular massages from her for a few years and they help tremendously with my headaches and muscle tension. She is always attentive to your needs and communicative. Aside from being a great masseuse, Rachel always greets you with a big smile, and is a pleasure to talk about life with. Very grateful for her and all that she does!

  Rachel is fantastic. I usually get half an hour, and she is able to address whatever I need in that time! She's very health and safety conscious as well.
