  If you want to be the best version of yourself then you need to go see Kris. See can help with all aspects of your body. I went from having knee and shoulder problems to lifting more weigh then I have ever in the past. Highly recommend Kris if you want to get in the best shape of your life.

  Kristyn (the owner/ trainer/ coach/ rehab specialist/ badass) has a positive and wonderful establishment. For those she coaches she provides a holistic view of health and truly believes in taking your “weakness” and making it your strength. Since starting with her almost 5 years ago i have grown in not only my strength but my mental and self awareness. I have referred her to family and friends with the highest trust of her abilities and knowledge. She has been a positive influence on not only me but my children (one of which she coaches).

  Outstanding facility. Personal and small group training second to none. The best training experience I have ever had; I am reaching that I didn't think I was capable of reaching. Solid knowledge base; attention to each client. My weaknesses are becoming my strengths. I am truly "moving strong." It isn't just a saying; it is the truth.

  Move Strong is the best place for all your strength training and rehabilitation needs! Kristyn the owner is a one stop shop whether you have pain or just want to get stronger. Her facility is awesome and totally private and her prices are very reasonable.
