  Awesome place to stay amazing sunsets great South Bay private beach and a short walk to ocean - the accommodations were perfect everything you needed was in the suite can’t wait to back again

  This place was amazing. From the bay front location to the private beach. From the super comfy front porch to the beautiful and comfortable furnishings. All top notch. Dan the property manager was amazing and available to answer questions at any time. Ed the owner was a perfect gentleman and we wish all involved with this place nothing but the best.
  The room was dynamite and spacious. Decorated wonderfully and had everything we needed and more for an awesome 4 day weekend.

  Our second time here and will definitely be back for a third! Impeccable accommodations- clean, all amenities, right on the bay with wicked sunsets from your private deck. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a low key time. Thanks Dan for the warm welcome from day one to your wonderful hospitality throughout our stay!

  My family had the best weekend at the Fire Island Boatel. The location was incredibly convenient, steps from the ferry. The room was impeccably clean. We woke up every morning to breathtaking views of the bay and went to sleep after watching the beautiful sunsets. The ocean beach was a short walk away, and we had everything we needed for a great beach set up from the Boatel (towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a wagon to carry it there). It's amazing to think this place is only miles from NYC, when it feels like a true vacation. Dan, who worked at the Boatel, was incredibly responsive and helpful, greeting us when we arrived and even mailing us forgotten items after our stay. We can't wait to return!

  My family's stay at the Fire Island Boatel was truly exceptional. The location could not be any more convenient, it is literally a 30 second walk from the ferry dock. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jill who made sure we were well situated and made herself available to any questions or concerns we may have had. Our suite was not only spotless but completely renovated with each suite having their own individual outdoor deck right on the Great South Bay which was perfect for sunset cocktails. There was a gas grill, outdoor games, lounge chairs and picnic tables also scattered about the large private grounds. We also appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs that were in our room (less to pack!). The best of all was how centrally located it is to everything while still feeling removed from it all at the same time. 10/10 stay, looking forward to returning !
