(February 10, 2023, 4:40 pm)We are in the midst of a kitchen renovation and purchased new appliances from Ferrari's. We have been extremely pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable staff there. Both Jen and Desiree provided top notch advice and processed our orders promptly. The two gentlemen who delivered the appliances called us first, then arrived on time, and they were both friendly and very helpful. Though we didn't have the appliances installed by Ferrari's (our kitchen isn't ready yet) the guys brought the machines inside and helped us with unpacking and trash disposal. They also provided some tips and suggested we call back at any time if questions or issues arose.
Bottom line: The Ferrari's team was very focused on our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to buy appliances from Ferrari's in the future. -

Jenn was fantastic helping us set up an appointment for service and providing us with new product information in case our dryer was not fixable. Rob came out and resolved the problem with the same friendly, quality service as Jenn provided. We will only trust Ferrari’s Appliance with servicing and future purchases. Thank you so much! Such a welcome pleasure to be treated so respectfully as a customer.

While other stores didn’t have the size we needed, Ferrari’s had exactly what we wanted, in stock, and delivered it very quickly. The installation techs were very professional, friendly and did a terrific job. I would highly recommend Ferrari Appliance.

The installation and removal was done quickly and professionally. Aaron and John made sure all was in working order and explained how we can get the most out of our new appliance. We definitely plan on using Ferrari's again and will recommend them to others.
