  Ron and his team did a super job with a small room addition very much in keeping with the mid-century style of the home. The quality of the construction is very good. When an unexpected issue arose, his response was quick and the problem was soon resolved. It was great to work with Ron and his associates.

  We just finished a home remodeling project with Ron & Mainville Construction and are beyond impressed/happy with the results!!! Our home had an unfinished bonus room above the garage that we wanted to make into our main bedroom with an attached bathroom. We had several contractors give us quotes and Ron was the most reasonable by far. He was willing to think creatively to make our vision work, and actually came by the house several times before we even signed a contract to make sure we were comfortable with the blueprint. He is also an all-around great presence to be around--he has a great sense of humor and really makes you feel at ease during what could be a stressful project.
  
  The contractors began immediately after we signed the contract and Ron handled all of the scheduling without a hitch. Each team was extremely professional, hardworking, and dedicated to quality. Ron works with the top people in the area and we knew we were in great hands each step of the way. The entire project was done in about 6 weeks (2 weeks ahead of schedule!) and the room/bathroom look absolutely beautiful. We could not recommend Mainville more highly and would not go anywhere else for any future remodeling projects.

  We completed a bigger and relatively complex project with Ron Mainville and are very happy with the results. We added two bedrooms and a bathroom over our garage that also included tying into our existing space. This renovation touched every single trade as we had to install a separate HVAC system and electrical sub panel. No project is without concerns, but every time we had one, Ron was able to deal with them quickly and made us happy. Every time. Ron has great experience working with his sub-contractor partners and he was able to maximize their effort to give me a great result.

  Comprehensive Remodel - Older house (1950's) with "lots of issues". Ron came in and took our vision to the next level with some good ideas. Nothing was easy in this old house, but they took care of each new challenge as it came up and the result was always positive. All of the workers were reliable and skilled, and whenever necessary Ron stepped in himself to make sure nothing was overlooked.
  Every effort was made to accommodate "life during renovation", and things were done when promised. As with any major reno, crisis came up and were handled. The carpenters even took extra efforts to allow us to keep our pets in the house and safe during the 4 month process.
  Follow up was prompt and thorough. Everyone loves our "new house" and we only wish we did it sooner.
