(April 19, 2023, 11:09 am)We enjoyed being at the park and seeing the grounds. Cherry blossoms bloom should be on your bucket list!! It was nice that the horticulture center was open but not all the plants were labeled or had fallen over. There wasn't anyone in the space to ask questions...Im sure they're short-staffed as so many places are today.

(April 9, 2023, 10:37 am)Cherry Blossoms time is a great time to visit this park in the midst of Philadelphia. So many of them spread around and they burst with flowers a few days apart. Was there early April and the rest of the park was still coming to life. Plenty of free parking. There is no entrance fee - the Japanese garden has though. The glass arboretum was closed due to a private event, so check the calendar before visiting.

Its warm and filled with beautiful flowers and plants. A must see! -

(April 17, 2019, 5:48 pm)I was there for the cheery blossom festival and it was a pleasant experience. There was ample parking for a small fee adjacent the park. For bathrooms, the park had adequate supply of mobile toilets for those who could use them. Overall, a great experience! The performances were my favorite part of the experience.
