(January 23, 2023, 10:12 am)I definitely recommend f45 Dresher. All of the coaches are great. They do a great job explaining each exercise and provide variations of you need to adjust it. Classes are never same which keeps it interesting as well. Go check them out!

(September 8, 2022, 11:39 am)This place is top notch. I’ve been going here for about a month now. Normally I would workout in my basement which is ok but hard to stay motivated. At F45 Dresher the coaches are fantastic. They keep you motivated and push you through the whole class as well as making sure we are using proper technique. The app is very easy to use to book all your classes and keep track of your progress. I highly recommend F45 Dresher!

I have wasted so much money on your typical gyms over the years but not F45, you will want to keep going back and keep working harder to achieve those goals. It is the team training, tight-knit community, and passionate coaches that put F45 above any fitness center I've ever tried.

The coaches are the best, they motivate you, correct your form when needed, push you when you need to be pushed, and so much more. Since joining in February I have been there at least 5 days week which speaks volumes about how well run everything is and the community that has been built there because before I joined I have never gone to a gym even 4 times in one week. If you are thinking about checking out F45 Dresher stop thinking and come workout.
