The therapeutic pool is wonderful as well as the water aerobic class with Harriet.
The staff is friendly and the locker room very clean.

My wife and I go here at least 3 times a week when we can. The pool is clean and warm, the classes and instructors are excellent. The gym has everything you need and the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. Real convenient hours too. I highly recommend.

Wonderful, supportive staff, programs geared towards active older adults 55 plus. Clean, equipment in good order, Los of classes day and evening. My only complaint is that there are virtually no classes on weekends and that they closed at 4 pm on weekends.
