(April 22, 2023, 4:24 pm)They deserve 10 stars, honestly. I started my health journey in January, and I've been coming here ever since then. Lost 10lbs, and I feel better and better each time I go. Positive environment, good vibes all around and from everyone that comes there. Sean and Danny are legit the best trainers. They will work you as they should, but they also remind you to pace yourself. Your opponent is YOU.
4 months ago, there was no way I would've been on a treadmill going backward boxing. But here I am, still just trying my best. 🙌🏾 -
