  I've had the good fortune to experience firsthand Kristina's ability to marry deep knowledge and expertise with insight-based spontaneity. Kristina facilitated a session at a business retreat I attended, and within moments, two things became clear: she *knows" what she's doing, and she is able to tap into that knowledge while being fully present to the individuals in front of her. Kristina can read a room, and she can read the people in a room. She knows how to pull exactly the right information from her vast knowledge base, inform it with her own particular insight that often turns commonly held misconceptions on their head, and present it in the most effective and supportive way possible for the particular audience. Kristina cuts through BS, excuses, and the status quo to inspire real change--I dare you to spend five minutes in her presence and not come away standing a little taller and smiling a little more broadly.
