(March 24, 2023, 1:19 pm)Nice trail, interesting scenery. The history of our valley is quite apparent on this rail trail and I enjoy the placards along the way explaining some of it. I only walked about a mile but the terrain was flat and smooth, very easy walking.

(November 2, 2022, 1:16 pm)We started from Simpson & headed North to Forest City. The trail is very well cared for. On some sections, There's picnic tables & poopy bags for your dog.
If you do head over to Forest City, Make sure you drop by
"K&J's" for Lunch. If you're into Retro, This place will make you feel like your back in the 60s, 70s, Really cool.
Next summer I'm planning to ride the whole trail on my off road touring bike. Can't wait! -

(July 25, 2022, 6:27 pm)Nice rail-trail. Lots of shade (early and late day), but not too many views of the water during the Summer. Decent length if you like to put in some miles.

(June 7, 2022, 12:19 am)I absolutely love this trail. I ride it from Taylor to Newyork at least 3 times a month. And from archbald to Uniondale at least twice a week. It's extremely well taken care of.
