  My kids have been taking lessons for almost a year now. My 9 year old son takes guitar lessons and my 7 year old daughter takes piano lessons. They absolutely love it. The staff is wonderful. I would recommend The Laboratory for anyone considering music lessons.

  Signed my son up for drum lessons here, wasn't sure what to expect. Mike created a fun environment where my kiddo can learn at his own pace. He's been loving the drums ever since. The price won't hurt your wallet, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and will work with you to make a specialized plan for you or your family. Big thumbs up 👍

  I bought a 1987 ESP Mirage Custom in Mint Condition from the Laboratory in New Jersey and I am beyond pleased.
  
  The customer service from Aaron, Stefan and the other gentleman (sorry I cannot recall his name ) was amazing. These guys know their products and really go the extra mile for the customers.
  
  They described the guitar I bought and it’s exactly what they said it was, Perfect!!!
  
  They also worked out a payment arrangement for me which allowed me to have time to pay. Im so pleased with these guys and their store.

  Aaron and Stefan are the most accommodating and friendliest guys in the business. They carry QUALITY gear at the store. Everything is set-up and ready to be played. Good luck finding that at Sam Ash and Guitar Center - you won’t!
