  Working with Irena and Odie and their team was great. Excellent quality, attention to detail, and their 'owning' the project and existing conditions went above and beyond what we expected. Without question the best company we could have asked for and we will be working with them again on our next remodel project hopefully in a year or so.

  Odie and Irena were a pleasure to work with. I prefer working with a one stop shop and not have to run around picking out all the pieces and then figuring out how to get them to my home and store it. Because they are also a complete design company, Irena helped immensely with picking out my bathroom items, which she ordered and had them delivered to their warehouse. We ran into some issues that were not expected and Odie would not rest until he figured out how to fix this unusual issue. The crew was awesome, very respectful of my needs and left the place clean every day. I would definitely use them for my next project.

  I am happy to provide this review for our master bathroom renovation.
  Starting with Irena who was very knowledgeable about the products and design services she provided, and a pleasure to work with. The showroom was very impressive, great selection of high end manufacturers. We bonded immediately and were able to get the design concept together quickly.
  Product selection was vast, with high end materials.
  Then Odie came to the house to survey the project and once again we felt comfortable with him immediately. Very knowledgeable with construction.
  Once construction began Odie and his team stayed on schedule. Work was first class and professional. They were very careful when moving thru the house since the reno was on the second floor.
  They provided good protection of existing spaces and cleaned up every day when there work day finished. Louie, amazing tile work!
  Odie is a very talented electrician.
  Happy to say no surprises, Odie had everything covered in the original contract.
  Definitely would recommend Design & Remodeling to anyone thinking about a bathroom renovation.

  This comment box isn't big enough to capture all the praise I have for Odie and Irena Faria.
  We are beyond THRILLED, ELATED, GRATEFUL, AND OVER-THE-MOON about the work that they did for us and our home. It’s AMAZING.
  We did a 3-story addition on the back of our Tudor home (originally built in 1929). We met with 7 contractors and we were so happy to have picked Odie and Design & Remodeling Specialists. Odie made every element of our project so much better. He made it look better than we ever thought was possible. It was a big job with redoing 3 bathrooms, a full gut job on the kitchen and a complete demolition of our basement. Given that it was an old house, we ran into some unforeseen issues with cracked sewer pipes and termite eaten structural beams. I'm so very happy that Odie was helping us and made it all work at a reasonable price. We also did a whole new deck, stone patio, spiral staircase and custom bookshelves.
  Irena was phenomenal with her direction and advice about bathrooms and our kitchen. She has a wonderful design aesthetic and she got a sense of what we liked and had wonderful options for us. We are so very happy with how everything turned out and looks.
  
  Project started in May/June 2017 and lasted about 10 months. Given the three-story addition onto the back of an old house, there were some structural elements that required care and time (i.e. steel structural beams). Odie handled everything so expertly. He managed my expectations and was a wonderful partner with the entire project. I have the highest praise possible for Odie and Irena. Besides being absolutely delightful, lovely people, they are fantastic experts and professionals. Thank you so very much Odie & Irena and Design & Remodeling Specialists. We are sooooo appreciative of your work. Working with you was a dream come true!!!!

  After search for a while for someone to renovate my kitchen apartment cabinets I found Design & Remodeling in New Rochelle. They was super efficient, spend the time to show me different ways to use every space in my kitchen. Irena has very extensive knowledge of her products also they definitely can work on my budget. I just don't renovate my kitchen but I change somethings around the house as well such my bathroom. Totally worth and my apartment looks cozy, chic and very modern. 5 stars, totally deserves.
