(February 6, 2021, 2:20 pm)Our car had a minor coming together that partially destroyed the front bumper and assorted pieces on a Lincoln MKX. After we took it to the dealer and were told “well, we don’t know until we take everything off to see if the frame and other pieces are OK“. We then went to see Dan, who took about 10 to 15 minutes to look at it and add up all the pieces to give us an estimate. We made an appointment and brought the car in for the treatment. Completion was delayed because a small tornado in the area wiped out electricity for three days.I was then called and told the car was ready but there was a change in the price. I was worried but then was told that the price was lower by a few hundred dollars because they could repair one piece rather than replacing it.
It looks fine, works fine and I’m happy.
I have spread word of Dan’s great work and honesty to anyone who has a vehicle that might need work someday. -
