  Hobbled over to Martindale's on a Sunday after blowing out a tire. Shop was closed but was unexpectedly able to reach someone on the phone who said they could fix the specialty tire the next day. I received a courtesy call in the morning with an estimate, asked when I needed the car back, and the car was ready to go when promised and the bill was exactly as quoted.

  We had a problem with our Class C RV. We were on a long road trip and had a hard time finding a place willing to help. Not only were the guys at Martindale’s willing to help, but they also successfully had as back on the road the same day and charged a very reasonable rate for their work. Thank you!!!

  Great place!! Worked with me so I was able to replace all 4 trailer tires after losing one on my way down. Was so accommodating I even replaced my spare!

  Just wanted to say THANK YOU and take time to post for this outstanding place! They without a doubt deserve it!! I'm a REAL customer and I knew you could add pictures on here so while i was waiting i took one of the man working hard on our car for us in Real Feel temps of the upper 90's!! In the sun it felt like 100 degrees this day we were heading to the beach & i kid all of you NOT approx 2 miles before i got too this place the wheel started to shake. Within a Mile it started to realllllly vibrate and the SUV had a serious wobble. We pulled over, i looked at the wheel and 4 out of 5 of our lugs broke off!!! i have no clue how they got loose too begin with but i couldn't believe it. Now here comes the good part, NO LIE, i bet this has never happened to this place, as soon as im approaching Martindale's, AT THEIR ENTRANCE/ EXIT THE LAST LUG COMES OFF!!!!! We were going 10MPH just limping desperately trying to find a spot too pull over, i see this place and i said pull in there and at that very moment, the 1 wheel stem couldn't handle the pressure of the SUV turning into the place and it broke off!! At that point it goes from a wobble too halfway coming completely off the truck. I was watching it and yelled STOP!!!! I knew if we would of went 4 more inches it would of completed the rotation and been sitting on the ground and probably would of been a lot worse of a problem. I literally couldn't believe what just happened. Now im stuck, in a panic sort of, with an amazing situation 1 foot off of Rt 9. I said OK i gotta go talk to these guys & let me tell you this was incredible. I walked in and explained to the man what happened. Now honestly he had a full shop, all bays filled up and it was super hot outside. If i could of told you all that i went from a wheel falling off too back on the road within an hour and 15 minutes INCLUDING time for a few special parts that had too be delivered, you would not believe it, but it's true! The owner and his employee came rite out just too help me out at first. At that point i haven't hired them or anything & i swear, i cant believe it, they go back, get a jack stand, jack it up and put the wheel back on temporarily just enough too get us away from the highway. Let me tell you, HE DID IT OUT OF KINDNESS!! After that he then asks us if he wanted them too fix it. Like i said all the bays were filled thats why we had too do this job outside & he could of easily, i mean EASILY said no im sorry were backed up or no im sorry but we can do it tomorrow morning... NO! HE SAID NONE OF THAT & GOT US ON OUR WAY IN AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES!!! trust me this was incredible if you would of seen what the wheel looked like when it happened. So this brings me too this review. This place was fast, they were efficient, they had good hard reliable workers there! Trust me the average person cant change wheel studs. Try jacking it up and putting new studs in the rite way in 100 degree weather. Even with the rite tools trust me im a car guy myself, its not the easiest job you still got rust & corrosion, must use impact tools, kneeling down, all kinds of fun factors! So on that note i would like too say thank you too Martindale's & their staff for being there for us & i mean it, they were there for us!!! On top of all this, there was no emergency charges or anything silly like that since he knew we were stuck, the price was very fair which really matter's in the long run for someone looking for an honest company. GREAT WORK!!! 5 STARS WITHOUT A DOUBT!!
  
  (PS: I saw this place got a 1 star review from one of those "local guide" know it all idiots who was dumb enough to not even leave a comment. If it was so bad then tell us why?? ohhhhhhh she probally cant because she knows zero about cars & if you read the comments she's left for other company's you can read how unintelligent she is just by her spelling alone. What a disgrace Christine you should be ashamed of yourself this place has honest hard working people there which is hard to come by these days!) THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN MARTINDALE'S!! :)
