  We have had a great experience with Custom Craft so far. Their extensive up-front planning process has made the project go smoothly with no major surprises. The crew (shoutout to Kory & Nate - their work is excellent!) and their subcontractors have all been very considerate, thoughtful, and professional. Everything is cleaned up and safe before they leave each day. We’re about 2/3 through the project and we couldn’t be more pleased with what’s been completed and the experience we’ve had with everyone at Custom Craft.

  I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Custom Craft. From my initial contacts with John, to the design process with Grace, and through the construction with Jason and his crew. Everyone was professional, friendly, respectful, experienced and helpful. Jason, Steve, Clark, Chris and Kevin are professional and friendly and completed an amazing transformation of our kitchen and bathroom, as well as a number of additional projects. Not only did we feel comfortable having them work in our house, but we also enjoyed getting to know them as well. And their work product and follow through have been above and beyond what I had expected. I would recommend Custom Craft to anyone and will keep them in mind for future projects. M.

  It's not always an easy task to find a place you trust with your dream kitchen remodel, but we found it with Custom Craft Contractors. From our first meeting with John, our project manager, we knew this was the company we wanted to work with (out of many others we'd contacted). There was no high-pressure sales pitch; everything was completely upfront.
  
  Grace, our designer, was fantastic! Took all our wants and opinions into consideration on the design, came up with an amazing plan, and sweated every detail to make sure it was perfection.
  
  And then it was construction time! What can I say about Kory and Kevin? They weren't just good or great. They were INCREDIBLE! Every issue--big and small--that came up with during installation, Kory found a solution. He patiently answered every question we had, made sure we were informed of everything, and was fussier about what the final result would look like than we were. They left the place clean at the end of each day and the results of all their hard work--and the hard work of everyone else at Custom Craft--is a kitchen that exceeded our expectations.
  
  They'll be our first and only call for any future projects!

  We chose Custom Craft after meeting with Mike Foering because they seemed thorough, honest and intent on doing a quality job. We are pleased to say they met all of those expectations. We had extensive renovations done and throughout the process the team was patient, helpful and transparent about everything. Julie Stafford was extremely helpful with our design work, and the on-site team of Mike, Nate and Clark did a great job. As lead carpenter, Mike was a wonderful resource for us every day - unfailingly considerate as well as a skilled manager and carpenter. The team was on time every day, communicated well and left our home as functional and accessible as possible. They cleaned up so well each day we could let our cats roam the construction area. When an unexpected hurdle arose, the owner, George, dealt with us in a fair, open and honest way and they still finished the job on time. When we described our process to friends who have had renovation done, they told us that our experience was exceptional. We feel the same way. We love our beautiful new space and are so glad we chose Custom Craft.

  We have had Custom Craft do 4 projects for us:
  1. Remodel our kitchen
  2. remodel our master bath
  3 build a deck
  4. remodel our powder room including installing new flooring in the dining room, foyer and powder room and new base boards and new woodwork.
  
  The organization started when they said they would and finished when they said they would.
  
  Their people are friendly, reliable and really good craftsmen. We were always very comfortable with them being around and even leaving them in the house when we had to leave.
  
  Obviously we are satisfied with their work and have recommended them numerous times.
