They actually had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck to install my new awning. They worked very diligently! (No wasted time...I LOVE what they did.) My workers noticed a door I was having difficulty opening leading out to my patio. They fixed it...and didn't charge me! What a SURPRISE! They didn't waste any time! I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOUGLAS L. GIBSON ENTERPRISES...I love my new awning! ❤

(June 28, 2022, 7:59 am)Top notch, first class service from start to finish. Contacted DL Gibson in May and spoke with Glenn to get some information. He was extremely knowledgeable of the products and courteous. They came out right away for a consultation. Met with one of the owners Todd who was awesome. He went over every detail and option and answered all of my questions. After we decided on our SunSetter awning style, color and options, he then gave us a quote on site which we were very pleased with.
We live in an HOA community with very specific requirements for any exterior modifications we have done to our home. DL Gibson put together an application for the HOA a couple days after they came out and filed it with our HOA Board. The application was approved shortly after if was submitted and they then ordered the awning.
Their installation team Mike & Joel came out yesterday (in heavy rain) and worked on the installation. They did an incredible job. Our awning had LED lights which were hard wired along with the awning motor to an exterior outlet and all of the wires were hidden out of site.
Had a really great experience with this company and we highly recommend them. Love our new outdoor space!!! -

(December 8, 2020, 2:14 pm)We had just completed a lot of work outside of our home and we really wanted to enjoy it more, but we get a lot of sun on our deck that makes it more difficult. We called Douglas L. Gibson Enterprises Inc. as they install SunSetter awnings to get a quote. Todd came to get measurements and show us the styles and canvases available as well as what he'd recommend for the space. He was able to give us a quote right then and help us along in our HOA process. The customer service was great. Within 2 weeks of ordering--after HOA approvals, our awning was being installed. This was the beginning of November and I can't tell you how many times we've used it already in just 30 days! We are so appreciative of the help and guidance from Todd at Douglas L. Gibson Enterprises Inc. and we LOVE the awning and we'll get so much use out of it in the years to come. HIGHLY recommend Douglas L. Gibson Enterprises Inc. Thank you!!!
