(July 22, 2023, 8:27 am)I chose Roy Lomas after my neighbors used them to replace flooring in their home. They did a beautiful job and I couldn’t believe the price! I went in April’23, installed May’23, am writing this review in July’23 and I have to say I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mark (Sales) was very candid and honest. He could’ve sold me a more expensive carpet, instead he listened to my needs and sold me exactly what I needed. JK and Bill installed it throughout my entire second floor, plus two staircases, and did a beautiful job; you couldn’t ask for two more genuinely nice, hardworking, and professional men. So, in my experience, from price, to quality, to customer service, I am so glad I went to Roy Lomas! Thank you for making this an easy and enjoyable experience.

(September 1, 2021, 3:55 pm)Had kitchen floor and living room carpet installed. Everyone from the initial visit to store to look at samples to completion of both projects was excellent. Workers arrived on time and jobs completed ahead of estimated time. Will definitely use again.

Highly experienced, sociable and came prepared. It was a bit of a drive for us to the showroom but worth every minute!
