  Crossfit Remade is simply life changing. I came to Remade over 3 years ago hoping to break up the monotony of my current workout routine and shed some stubborn pounds. Remade has given me so much more than a smaller dress size. I have gained confidence in my ability AS AN ATHLETE! The coaches, the people, the program all push me to compete at my level and beyond. It is never a matter of “if” I will gain a new skill, it is “when.” And when that moment hits and that skill is attained, my Remade family is my biggest cheering section. While the people are what make Remade so special, the facility itself is by far the cleanest and most organized “box” I have ever seen. Classes are run efficiently, the equipment is top notch and all the coaches are informative and encouraging of all fitness levels. I highly recommend a drop-in but don’t be surprised if you get hooked.

  This crossfit has a great family atmosphere. Trainers are knowledgeable and really get you motivated. At 50 years old and being a member of several gyms throughout my life this is by far the best one I've ever been to. My wife and I have been coming to remade for three years and could never picture leaving it.
  Come give it a shot. You will not regret it.

  I’ve been a member at Remade for approximately two years. I’ve been to other CrossFit gyms in the area but by far this one is the best! The owner is a tremendous person who genuinely cares about his members health and wellness. His coaches all follow his lead. The members are wonderful people and a big part of why Remade is the best box in the Hudson Valley. I have met some great people. Try it you’ll see!

  I am 3 months new to crossfit - No matter what your fitness level-everyone is welcome. The coaches are amazing and push you to be your best. I would strongly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to get in shape and create positive changes in overall health and wellness.
  JUST DO IT! You will be happy 😃 you did!
