My experience with Eileen Toracco of Concerned Care Services in Holbrook NY has been nothing short of exceptional. My siblings and I hired her to visit with us and my mother during Covid. Eileen spent a lot of time getting to know all or our concerns before we had the meeting. Our wonderful mom is an independent person and never wants to ask for help. We know that as she ages, she will need support in ways we may not be considering. Eileen asked my mom lots of questions, and chatted with her like any caring person would. Her extensive background in nursing lends itself well to the work she does, and her care and thoughtfulness for my family was heartfelt and appreciated. Eileen offered many suggestions and resources for us to consider. She helped our family to get on the same page - which isn't easy for many families in times like these. I would recommend her to anyone looking for guidance regarding their aging loved-ones. I will continue to work with Eileen and Concerned Care Services as needed going forward.
I want to add that I don't believe that the negative review that I saw on google was a valid review. That person must have their businesses confused.
