(July 15, 2023, 12:46 pm)Dr. Tom and the staff at MD 365 are wonderful! Not only Dr. Tom, but the office staff and medical assistants are all genuinely a pleasure. All around a fantastic office of medical professionals. I recommend them to anyone I hear looking for a primary. Especially anyone like myself who dreads a doctor visit. I travel 30 minutes so I can continue to be a patient here. Dr. Tom has been my primary for a few years now and I've never felt so comfortable with any other doctor. I always feel heard, respected and that I am getting the best care that is right for me. For that, I am forever grateful for Dr. Tom and the staff at MD 365.

(April 6, 2023, 5:53 am)Never a bad experience. Easy, quick and love that I can manage my profile on-line and see my entire medical record. Only suggestion- music in the exam rooms, way too quiet while you wait. And Dr. Thomas is legit amazing. Sometimes hard to find a really good GP.

One of the best doctors on Long Island I don’t usually write reviews and I waited about one or two years to write this review every visit he treats his patients so respectfully my whole family always goes to him for every issue.
He listens very carefully, and asks so many more questions it shows he is super interested in his patient’s health!!
He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend everyone to have him as your primary care doctor.
