Coastal Physical Therapy & Wellness - Brigantine NJ

Coastal PT is a great place if you need physical therapy. Dr.Gary Woerner and his staff really make you feel at home. The facility is super clean & even has that "new car" smell. I went there all summer due to the fact that I had both knees replaced,six weeks apart. My surgeon was very pleased with progress I made and that is in large part due to Dr. Gary. The exercises & the stretching he came up with for me have me feeling great and ready to go back to work. I can`t thank Gary and his family at Coastal enough for getting me back in shape & healing up from these major surgeries. They made me feel like family from my first visit. I would strongly recommend Coastal PT to anyone who needs physical therapy. You`ll really love it there, like I did!!

I had Physical Therapy at Coastal PT & Wellness this summer and it was a great experience.
The place and facilities are immaculate. Gary Woerner is professional, pleasant and always prepared. He wrote up reports for my doctor, gave me at home exercises and measured my progress. The sessions were always an hour long each, and I improved considerably in six weeks.
I'm in Brigantine for the summer only and I plan to go back if I need PT again next year.
This practice is the perfect combination of small-town charm and big city facilities.

I highly recommend Coastal PT & Wellness to anyone looking for an exceptionally personalized level of rehab treatment. I saw Gary for 8 weeks, and he created a specific exercise and stretching plan to help me build confidence and improve balance, stability, and strength in my ankle after having surgery. As improvements were made throughout my treatment protocol, Gary modified the exercise program to build off of prior week’s gains and raised the bar higher each time we met. I can confidently say that I left Coastal PT & Wellness better than I was when I walked in the door for my first evaluation. I am 23 and was scared that surgery on my ankle would have drastic and long-lasting impacts, but thanks to this practice, those are no longer concerns!

Without his expertise, I wouldn't have recovered as well as I did from a broken hip complicated by a drop foot condition. Gary is one of the best physical therapists I've ever worked with! He's very knowledgeable and takes a true interest in each of his patients. He has helped myself and my husband manage chronic back pain and treat various sports related injuries. Gary was even able to help with my mobility during pregnancy. I feel so lucky to have found a PT that truly wants the best for me!
