  Everyone knows when they get bad customer service, right? But do they take the time to identify great customer service? Casale al Mare is the place to go! The selection of items they have were unbelievable. I felt like I stepped into Italy for a moment. I saw items in there that were direct from Italy. However, my review is a shout out on 2 employees who assisted me today. They were Brooke and Esther. I called to make sure they would be able to create a basket. I didn’t want just some ordinary cookie or flowers. This was a group effort of a bunch of families. I needed to make sure the recipient got the “Wow” factor. I wanted something to stand out. Brooke listened. Brooke acknowledged my wants and needs. Her personality was welcoming. She walked me through different types of services they offer. She knew I had a budget and was flexible. She help me select items that I wouldn’t have even thought of. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. She superseded my expectations on this visit. I will be returning soon! It definitely worth the visit.

  I visit this shop when I want special and amazing flavors!! Esther is so smart to know which offerings tease our Italian palette/cravings. I love this specialty store!! Now offering cooking classes as well as the gift baskets? Awesome!! See you soon for my fresh espresso! ☕️♨️🌹
