(August 14, 2023, 5:32 pm)I go to Brig PT and Fitness for both PT and fitness. Meghan's team of physical therapists are the best. They have helped me with my back problems and I once again can play golf, ride my bike and exercise without pain. I attend two of Paul's fitness classes every week. They are designed for people of all levels. I love them!

(August 13, 2023, 10:11 pm)I first went to Brig PT & Fitness for physical therapy in 2020 after foot surgery. Megan was excellent and helped me so much in my recovery. I returned again in 2023 after another foot surgery . Megan, Amy and Lindsey are all excellent in their PT craft and helped me immensely with the physical and mental aspects of recovery.
Fast forward after my recovery, I now attend the HIIT/boot camp classes 3x a week. Paul is an awesome trainer who pushes everyone to do their best. He teaches proper form and shows modifications when needed. I would love if another class was added.
I can’t recommend Brig PT &Fitness enough. Everyone feels like family. It is my happy place. -

Drs Megan & Lindsay, and team directed my pt for a torn rotator cuff, keeping me accountable, setting goals and explaining exercises with infinite patience for my improvement. They empowered me to avoid surgery. I observed the care and concern and team work they put into each person in the room, consistently, over the several months I went there. Can the family owned business Megan and Paul started only 5 years ago be called an institution in Brig yet?

(August 12, 2023, 11:03 am)Absolutely love Brig PT and Paul's bootcamp classes. From the warm-up through the work-out, it's an hour of high energy, constant movement, and it's just plain fun. Every workout is different but targets the full body and includes strength, cardio and more. And Paul makes sure there are different weight and exercise options so anyone can do the workout and tailor to their abilities. The only workouts I've ever done where the hour just flies by and you feel incredible about yourself when you're done.

(August 11, 2023, 5:24 pm)If I could rate them 10 stars I would. I have never entered an establishment, let alone a type of doctors office that is so warm and welcoming. The entire staff is amazing and tries to get to know everyone that walks in the door. Megan and Lindsey went above and beyond to try to get me standing up straight again. They gave so much support through extremely debilitating pain and provided a truly unexpected level of care. I would not necessarily choose to spend a whole nother summer in a physical therapy office, but if I did, it would be this one. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help.
