  We cannot recommend working with Jon and his team highly enough. We have worked with Jon on a number of occasions over the past 10 years - most recently with the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. He helped us navigate a challenging market, provided insight into the "bones" of each house (which was invaluable in this market where waiving inspections is common), helped us strategize on offers (including ensuring we were aware of risks). With Jon's guidance and expertise, we were able to maximize the value of our sale transaction and also get a very good price for our new home. Jon’s knowledge of the housing market is unmatchable, and he will try his best to negotiate the best deal for you.   We love Jon! He’s so personable and knowledgeable. We were first time home buyers who knew nothing about anything, yet Jon took the time to help us understand all the lingo and walk us through the process. When looking at homes, he points out every little detail and safety concern, stuff you never would’ve noticed! Easy to reach, accommodating, and gets the job done.
