  Caldwell is a wonderful place to stay with such helpful staff! Dena made our stay even better with her flexibility and thoughtful suggestions for first look locations on the property. The outdoor spaces as well as the indoor were all gorgeous. The rooms were all very charming and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and a highlight of our mornings. We could not have asked for better lodging for our wedding weekend! Our family all loved their stay as well. Thank you Dena and staff!

  Overall great experience. The room was great, came exactly as advertised on the website. Very cozy and romantic. Great for a couples getaway and very accessible to Storm King, many wineries, and hiking spots. The service was exceptional. I left a shirt there and Dena immediately responded to my email and shipped it back to me.

  This place is a dream. My room was clean and spacious. The huge tub was a great bonus. Each breakfast was cooked perfectly and tailored to my dietary needs. The staff was wonderful. I can tell that they’re really passionate about making sure their guests feel at home and comfortable. I will definitely be back for another visit.

  We stayed 2 nights in Butter Hill room while visiting relatives in the area, and we had a great stay! The room was perfect for us, and the owners thought of everything we would need, including filling a basket with snacks. The breakfasts delivered to our door in the morning were delicious and plentiful, with several different menu items each day. Caldwell House is beautiful, super clean, and was very peaceful while we were there. I would definitely recommend it, and we hope to stay again!

  I had the most lovely stay at Caldwell House over Presidents Day Weekend! It was such an easy and convenient drive from NYC making it a perfect weekend getaway.
  
  We loved our room Freedom Road. It was spacious yet atmospherically cozy. The jacuzzi tub was awesome and our fireplace was great and put to good use. I always come with my own toiletries but was genuinely impressed that the bathroom had everything you would need like makeup wipes, dental kit, and make up towels.
  
  Dena was so accommodating, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. Check in and check out were a breeze. Breakfast was delicious and timely.
  
  We spent Saturday at Storm King which couldn’t have possibly been more convenient. It was magical.
  
  I honestly can’t wait to go back to Caldwell House and experience it during other seasons and with friends next time!! I couldn’t recommend it more!
