  I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to share my experience working with Dawn. She has made my journey to quit smoking not only attainable but enjoyable! Prior to meeting Dawn, I had tried numerous methods to quit smoking, including nicotine patches, gum, and even cold turkey, but nothing seemed to work.
  From the moment I met Dawn, I felt comfortable and at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my smoking habits, which helped her tailor their approach specifically to my needs. The hypnosis sessions were incredibly relaxing and felt personalized. They allowed me to delve deeper into my subconscious to understand why I smoked and what triggers caused me to reach for a cigarette.
  After just one session, I began to notice a significant decrease in my cravings for cigarettes. I was surprised at how effortless it was to resist the urge to smoke, even in situations where I would typically reach for a cigarette, such as after a meal or when I was feeling stressed out. I can confidently say that I am now a non-smoker, thanks to the support and guidance of Dawn.

  I started with Buxmont hypnosis in 2009 when I was 223 pounds. It’s been over ten years and I have been able to keep the weight off using things that I learned in my very FIRST session.
