(July 28, 2022, 11:54 am)Lovely facility. Dining room staff needs to be trained properly. Residents wait a very long time to have their orders taken. Water, beverages and breads should be served to everyone or at least offered ! The so called morning Brew time is suppose to be a continental breakfast. No decaf coffee. No hot water for the tea bags. No Danish bagel,toast.....nothing! No regular cream for coffee! No one wants to sit and socialize if there is nothing there! New problem: Constant dripping water in laundry area. I reported. Maintenance explained it is from air conditioning unit draining water into washer drain. My question is why is there a loud dripping all day and night.? It is very annoying when trying to sleep. It is very loud !! Refrigerator not working. Found out it was on the same electric circuit as kitchen light. This should not be! Improper wiring. Refrigerator should be on individual circuit. Not on and off with light switch ! Maintenance fix was to plug Refrigerator into regular socket on the counter. Not good!!! I still do not have my name and chapter member signs at my door. Moto: " You can write anything and make it look good...But are you actually full filling what you write".
