Today I spoke with Alexis. She was not only most helpful but very calming after some very difficult issues that occurred while I was attempting to complete tasks today. I am confident that Alexis is capable, professional and an absolutely awesome representation of your office!

(July 20, 2023, 9:30 am)I was contacted via text message from a Josh.G about an online quote when I did a mass insurance quote check online. Everyone dreads the millions calls, texts, and emails you receive when doing this. However, Josh not only gave me the best quote he didn’t harass me as I explain my work schedule and availability. It took me a week(maybe more) to get back to him and about 30minutes to set me up with coverage. He gave and explained different options and rates, but not long winded and not without my interest. He also dealt with me being extremely unprepared and me putting him on hold. I know who does that… I appreciate his time and appreciate that he is fairly local and not at an 800 # if I do have questions about my policy. I have every intention of looking into switching my home insurance through him also. The process was smooth and not over or under explained. Great customer service and very down to earth customer service. Thank you again Josh, and sorry this took me so long to write as well, because you deserve all the credit for your actions!
